Raise the standard of youth coaching
Promoting youth sport in Kenya is not enough on its own. The coaching at the youth ranks has to get better, because that is where every athlete's experience is actually made or broken.

Redefine what elite youth sport means
Across Kenya and greater East Africa. Not a copy of somewhere else's model, but one that fits the athletes, families and schools who are here.
